Client Data & Confidentiality
During the course of a branding or design project, we may have access to proprietary business information, brand strategies, internal documents, and other confidential materials.
We do not claim ownership of, share, or repurpose your proprietary business data, brand strategies, or confidential materials. Any information accessed during the design process — including business plans, target market data, competitive analysis, and creative briefs — is treated as your exclusive intellectual property and remains strictly confidential.
Access credentials provided for third-party platforms (hosting, domains, social accounts) are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your project and are deleted from our records within 30 days of project completion unless ongoing access is explicitly agreed upon.

- ✓ Access controls — client data and project files are accessible only to Noveraxy LLC team members directly involved in your project. We use password-protected accounts and two-factor authentication on all internal tools.
Data retention: We retain client project data for up to 12 months after project completion for support and reference purposes. After this period, project files and personal data are permanently deleted unless you request otherwise. You may request early deletion at any time.
