Fulfillment Policy

This policy explains how Noveraxy LLC delivers its branding and design services, including timelines, delivery methods, and client responsibilities.

About Our Services

Noveraxy LLC, doing business as Noveraxy Agency ("we," "us," "our"), provides custom branding, visual identity, logo design, brand strategy, and digital design services through noveraxyagency.com. Noveraxy Agency is a brand owned and operated by Noveraxy LLC, a company registered in the state of Wyoming, United States.

All of our services are digital in nature — we do not ship physical goods. Fulfillment is completed through secure digital delivery of design files, brand assets, and documentation directly to the client via email or file-sharing platforms.

This policy describes how and when our services are delivered following payment confirmation.

Service Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines begin once payment is confirmed via Stripe and the client has completed the onboarding process (see Section 04). All timelines are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Important: Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Client delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may extend the delivery date. We will communicate any timeline changes proactively via email.

What "Delivery" Means

Service fulfillment is considered complete when one or more of the following occurs:

  • Final design files are delivered — all completed assets (logos, brand guide, templates, etc.) are sent to the client's registered email address or shared via a secure file-sharing link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar).
  • Brand documentation is provided — the brand guidelines document, style guide, or design system is delivered in the agreed format (PDF, Figma, or both).
  • Final handover session is completed — a review call or walkthrough is conducted with the client to present all deliverables, answer questions, and formally hand over the project.

Once delivery is confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from support@noveraxyagency.com summarizing all files and assets included. This email serves as the official record of project fulfillment.

Onboarding & Client Requirements

To begin your project and ensure on-time delivery, clients are required to provide the following within 5 business days of payment confirmation:

  • Completed onboarding questionnaire (sent via email after payment)
  • Existing brand assets, if any (current logo files, fonts, color codes, imagery)
  • Brand direction references or inspiration (mood boards, competitor examples, style preferences)
  • Content and copy for any deliverables that require text (taglines, bios, descriptions)
  • Access to any third-party platforms if applicable (domain registrar, hosting, social accounts)

Delayed onboarding affects your delivery date. Noveraxy LLC reserves the right to pause projects when required materials or access have not been provided. The delivery timeline will not begin until onboarding is complete. Projects delayed by more than 45 days due to missing client materials may be subject to a reactivation fee.

Post-Delivery Support

All branding packages include a complimentary post-delivery support window to ensure you're confident with your new brand assets.

During your support window, we cover:

  • Bug fixes or technical issues with delivered files (corrupt files, incorrect formats)
  • Questions about how to use your brand assets or guidelines
  • Minor adjustments within the original project scope (color tweaks, small text changes)

Out-of-scope requests — requests that fall outside the original project deliverables (new designs, additional pages, extra assets) will be quoted separately as add-on work. Post-delivery support does not include new creative work.

Deliverable Formats & File Types

All brand assets are delivered in industry-standard formats suitable for both print and digital use:

  • Logo files: SVG, PNG (transparent), PDF, EPS, and AI source files
  • Brand guidelines: PDF document and/or Figma file
  • Social media templates: Figma, Canva, or PNG/PDF depending on package
  • Business card & stationery: Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI) and editable source files
  • Website design (Premium): Figma file with responsive layouts and design system

Custom format requests: If you require files in a specific format not listed above, let us know during onboarding and we will accommodate where possible at no additional charge.

Payment & Billing

All payments for Noveraxy LLC services are processed securely through Stripe. Business banking is managed through Mercury. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

  • Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your production slot and begin the project. The deposit amount is communicated during the proposal stage.
  • Remaining balance is due before final delivery. All completed design files and brand assets are released upon receipt of full payment.
  • Invoices are issued via Stripe to the email address on file. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (ACH) via Stripe. Charges on your statement will appear as "NOVERAXY LLC" or "NOVERAXY AGENCY". For full refund and cancellation terms, see our Refund Policy.

Cancellations

  • Pre-work cancellations: If you cancel before any design work has commenced, the deposit remains non-refundable as it compensates for reserved production time and initial discovery work. No additional charges will apply.
  • Mid-project cancellations: You will be invoiced for the proportional value of all completed work up to the cancellation date. Any deliverables produced to that point will be released to the client in their current state.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@noveraxyagency.com. Verbal or informal cancellation requests (e.g., via chat) are not valid until confirmed via email. See our Refund Policy for complete terms.

Changes to This Policy

Noveraxy LLC reserves the right to update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
